Strength Training for Women Workshop $35

Studies show that incorporating strength training into your exercise program can have exponential benefits for your health. So why do so few women incorporate strength training into their exercise routines? Whether it’s the crippling fear of injury, the uncertainties of which exercises to do or appearing “too muscular”, most women could benefit from additional strength training!
Join Joanna Dinan, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, for a 4-week Strength Training for Women Workshop. This workshop will combine education with practical application of different strength training modalities for women depending on their goals.
Each week will begin with dialogue and transition into exercise, so please come dressed for activity. Topics discussed will include Strength Training Physiology, Training Protocols, Handling Strength Imbalances and Goal Setting in addition to performing strength training exercises each week.
