Yoga Basics- Now offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8 a.m. An Iyengar-based practice focused on perfecting the alignment and posture of yoga poses. Incorporating a variety of props, you will be given detailed guidance on how to perfect each pose. Yoga Basics is a unique class that encourages dialogue and questions to better your understanding and improve your practice. Register for this class below, as space is limited.
