Brain Health: Body Session-It's a Toss Up!
You'll use sessions from the Total Brain Health Program to learn exercises that span the physical (body), mental (brain) and emotional (spirit) areas that contribute to brain health. Each month we'll work on a different area and give you the information and practice you can use to continue on your own.
This science-based program will show you how simple activities and life choices can really make a difference.
The same session will be offered twice each month.
