Strength & Balance Fitness Class // Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
A total body workout focused on core stabilization, improved balance & training muscles for more intense weight loading exercises in a circuit-style format. Incorporating upper and lower body strength training moves with light equipment, this class is great for anyone looking to cross-train, add strength training to your exercise regimen or jump start a fitness routine. Register for this class below, as space is limited. Please come dressed for activity.
Please Note: Participants should be able to move up and down from the floor without assistance. This class is not for severe balance issues.
