Patients and Visitors

A Patient and Visitor Guide to TMC's Orthopaedic and Surgical Tower

Tucson Medical Center is committed to providing information and resources to patients, families and visitors to make the TMC experience as understandable, accessible and comfortable as possible.

TMC’s commitment to service excellence is our platform for patient care.  When you visit our hospital as a patient, family member or visitor, our goal is to create a positive experience, without exception.   As caregivers, we too, enjoy the positive experiences and outcomes that come with providing great care to our patients and their loved ones.

Our patients and visitors area has information about resources at TMC, contact information, health information and more. Why? Because we believe that the more you know about your hospital, your condition and your stay, the better prepared you and your family will be for your time on our campus.

If during your stay you have concerns, please ask to speak with the manager in your area of care.  For assistance after your visit email communications@tmcaz.com .
