Dr. Emily Harrison earned her bachelor’s degree and medical degree through a combined degree program at Rutgers University and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed a Family Medicine program at Hunterdon Medical Center (an affiliate of Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School), where she served as chief resident and then went on to practice at One Medical Group in Washington, DC.

Dr. Harrison has a particular interest in preventive medicine and women’s health. She enjoys getting to know her patients as individuals, and understanding cultural, spiritual and psychosocial factors that may be contributing to her patients’ health concerns. She focuses on educating her patients, and setting personal goals to help improve their health. She stresses the importance of incorporating diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to prevent and treat disease.

Jeffrey S. Lambert, MD

Dr. Lambert was born and raised in Tucson. After graduating with honors from the University of Arizona with a degree in biochemistry, he decided to stay in Tucson and earn his medical degree at the UA College of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency here as well, obtaining board certification in internal medicine. Dr. Lambert remains committed to serving Tucson, and plans to raise his family here. He married his wife in 2003, and is the father of three children.

I enjoy the complexity of internal medicine and my role as a primary care physician. I view each patient as a whole person, body, soul and spirit, and I gladly take the responsibility to coordinate their care.

Julio "Daniel" Flores, MD

Dr. Flores graduated from the University of San Carlos, Guatemala. He completed a family medicine residency program at Warren Hospital (affiliated to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital) in New Jersey where he was given the Best Intern of the Year award at the completion of his intern year.

He served as chief resident during his last year of training. Before joining Saguaro Physicians, Dr. Flores worked as a solo practitioner in Bethlehem, Penn. His special area of interest is diabetes. He feels that there is still much to do with regards to educating patients and the public alike concerning life style modifications to help slow down the development of this disease.

Dr. Flores is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to working with you to achieve your optimal health.

Kathleen Iveson, MD

Dr. Kathleen Iveson is a native Tucsonan and a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. She completed her three-year training in Internal Medicine at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque.

Academic honors, a chief residency, clinical teaching and community service as well as excellent personal references for her caring and competent style make Dr. Iveson a respected physician in the community.

Board certified in Internal Medicine, she treats the full range of men’s and women’s health problems and is highly regarded for her thoroughness as well as her compassion.

She believes that healing comes from a partnership between an informed patient and a knowledgeable, caring doctor. She respects that each of her patients has individual concerns and preferences in their health care and strives to understand what these are and treat each patient with individual attention.


Katie Kellogg, MD

Katie Kellogg, M.D., joined TMC One after practicing internal medicine in Helena, Montana, for five years. She was born and raised in Southern Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado Medical School. She completed three years of residency training in internal medicine at the University of Colorado in Denver.

Dr. Kellogg believes that the doctor/patient relationship is a partnership and strives to empower her patients with the knowledge to make informed decisions regarding their health. She enjoys getting to know her patients so that she can provide care that meets their individual needs in all phases of adult life. Additionally, she is passionate about disease prevention, particularly diabetes prevention, and general wellness.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Kellogg enjoys spending time outdoors camping, mountain biking, and scuba diving with her husband and their dogs.

 

Kim Baker, MD

Dr. Baker grew up as part of a large family in Louisville, Kentucky. As the "adventurous" one in the family, she loves to travel and experience the culture – and foods – of different regions.

In her medical practice, she enjoys learning new things each day from the variety of people she interacts with. Dr. Baker counts it her responsibility to stand up for her patients and make sure they are respected and receiving the best care.Dr. Baker is excited to be meeting patients' needs with a quality group of providers in Southern Arizona.

Marlene Bluestein, MD

Dr. Bluestein is board certified in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty focus on Geriatrics. Dr. Bluestein is a graduate from State University of New York, Buffalo, New York. Dr. Bluestein’s internal medicine training and geriatric fellowship were completed at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals, Madison Wisconsin. Further training was received at the University of Wisconsin School of Public Health and rounding her educational background; Dr. Bluestein completed a Visiting Fellow in Geriatric Medicine at University College Hospital, London, England.

I enjoy working and listening to the life experiences of this special group of individuals; this allows me to understand and work collaboratively with my patients, their family and care-givers in creating a relationship dedicated to quality of life and the ongoing well being of the geriatric patient.
