How do I get my prescription refilled?

Call your pharmacy or provider at least four working days before you run out of your medication. This allows time for your provider to review your request  and for the pharmacy to process your prescription.

Refills are handled only during regular office hours Monday thru Friday. Remember to plan ahead for refills to avoid interruption or delays in your medications.

For your convenience, if you have signed up for our online patient portal, MyChart, you may request your medication refills via MyChart at least four working days in advance of running out.
