Our volunteers are the backbone of TMC for Seniors programming. It’s their help that allows us to provide the number of activities we offer each year, and they know that the education and social engagement they help us provide makes a difference in the lives of the older adults we see.

Our volunteers serve in many capacities:

  • providing clerical and front desk support
  • teaching classes or facilitating groups
  • helping staff with in-house wellness classes and other activities
  • helping staff at community events
  • calling or visiting isolated older adults through our Senior Home Visit Program

New programs are created regularly, so please check with us to learn about open volunteer positions.

TMC for Seniors is not able to accept those looking for court-ordered community service hours, those under 45 years of age, tobacco-users, individuals without a Social Security number or anyone who is not able to commit to at least one year of volunteer work.
