Class favorite returns!! Chair Yoga is a gentle practice that allows you to experience the benefits of yoga movement in the safety of a chair. Practice breath, posture alignment and warm-ups leading to asanas that support flexibility, strength, focus, balance and relaxation. This class is designed to support individuals who find it difficult to sit on the floor or stand, use a walker or wheel chair but is open to anyone looking for a gentle yoga practice.
