Join us at The Core for Yoga Basics! This all levels yoga class is great for those just beginning their yoga practice or any yogi looking to perfect their poses. This class will focus on ways to enhance your yoga practice while learning the fundamentals and foundations of yoga, questions and dialogue encouraged! Blocks, blankets and mats provided.
This class will move to 9 a.m. starting in August!
