Join us at The Core for an Intermediate-level Tai Chi mind-body fitness class. Tai Chi is a fantastic low impact class for anyone looking to increase balance, flexibility, relaxation, mental focus and overall well being. This specific class is for anyone that has regularly attended the Beginning Tai Chi class at The Core or regularly or already has an established Tai Chi practice.
Beginning Tai Chi is Fridays at 10:45 a.m.
