Beginning Tai Chi
Join us at The Core for our first series of Tai Chi classes. Tai Chi, simply described as “mediation in motion,” is a fantastic low-impact class for anyone looking to increase balance, flexibility, relaxation, mental focus and overall well-being. Each Tai Chi class will build from the previous so make sure you join us weekly.
