Yoga Basics- second class!
Yoga Basics is now offered two times per week! Tuesdays at 8 a.m. and Thursdays at 9 a.m.
An Iyengar-based practice focused on perfecting the alignment and posture of yoga poses. Incorporating a variety of props, you will be given detailed guidance on how to perfect each pose. Yoga Basics is a unique class that encourages dialogue and questions to better your understanding and improve your practice.
