Cardio Sculpt Fitness Class:
An intermediate level fitness class that incorporates both strength training and cardio exercises for a total-body workout in a circuit style format. Class will incorporate mat work, high intensity cardio exercises, and low-impact strength training moves, all utilizing light equipment.
Participants should be able to move up and down from the floor without assistance and have a stamina level to complete 30-minutes of brisk walking.
