Described as “meditation in motion,” this class is low-impact and ideal for improving balance, flexibility, relaxation, mental focus and overall well-being. Intermediate Tai Chi is ideally for those with a regular Tai Chi practice or those that have frequently attended Beginning Tai Chi. This traditional yang-style practice goes through the 24-form practice each class.
