Total Brain Health Program sessions provide information that spans the physical (body), mental (brain) and emotional (spirit) areas that contribute to brain health. This science-based program will show you how simple activities and life choices can rffeally make a difference.

February's topic: Try Something New for Brain Fitness-The best way to increase brain fitness and create new neural pathways is to learn to do something you've never done before. In this class you get a chance to trhy this by learning some new skills.
