This high energy total body workout is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such has Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai. Tone and shape key muscle groups, burn calories, improve coordination and get you’re heart rate up in this high intensity cardio class.
