Join Amanda Freed, Certified Meditation Coach, and learn how mindfulness meditation practices are fun & easier than you might think! These every day meditation tools are things that you can be apply to every action that you take.
In this four-week workshop, participants will explore mindful eating, walking, speaking, listening and more. Format includes lively discussions, guided meditation practices, at home practices, experiential exercises and Q and A time each week. Please bring water and a journal to the workshop each week.
