Do you want to learn about some new exercises? On Wednesdays or Thursdays each week "Tucson J" staff will be "spotlighting" some of the exercise classes they offer at the Tucson Jewish Community Center-Body Sculpt, Zumba Gold, Tai Chi and Chair Yoga. These are not meant to be regular exercise classes, but to introduce our attendees to different kinds of exercise. To give everyone a chance to try out these classes, registration is limited to four exercise classes per person per quarter.
Class is limited to 15 attendees.
Tai Chi classes:
Wednesday, Sept 13: 2pm-3pm
Wednesday, Sept 27: 2pm-3pm
Thursday, Nov 9: 2pm-3pm
Thursday, Nov 30: 2pm-3pm
