The Core is happy to continue the tradition of free yoga every Wednesday! Join us for an hour of all-levels vinyasa style flow for a mid-day mind body restart. Each week, a different local yoga instructor will lead you through an hour of refreshing and rejuvenating yoga.
All yogi levels welcome, mats provided but bring anything you need to enjoy your experience.
