Health Care Leaders Present Innovative Program to Improve Care and Lower Costs for Tucson Residents
UnitedHealthcare and Arizona Connected Care will discuss a new collaboration focused on enhancing care delivery while addressing health care costs. People enrolled in UnitedHealthcare employer-sponsored health benefit plans now have access to Arizona Connected Care (AzCC), a physician-led, patient-centric Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that manages all aspects of patient health care, ensuring that the proper course of treatment and preventative health measures are being followed.
